Carlos L. Aragon, DVM, DACVS

After early acceptance into veterinary school of medicine, Dr. Aragon gained his Physician of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado Condition College. While at CSU, he co-founded the initial Student Association of Veterinary Surgeons and it was Vice-Leader of his veterinary class.
Following graduation, he completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery in the College of Georgia. After that, Dr. Aragon completed a surgical procedure internship under Dr. Robert Goring at Affiliated Veterinary Specialists along with a clinical instructorship in the College of Georgia where he trained surgery to veterinary students. Dr. Aragon came to the conclusion his surgical training by finishing a little animal surgery residency at MedVet Medical and Cancer Center for Pets in Columbus, Ohio.
His section of research interests and guides include cranial cruciate ligament (ACL) surgery, wound management, cancer surgery, joint disease management and veterinary programs of evidence-based medicine. Dr. Aragon is board licensed in veterinary surgery and the 13 many years of education resulting in this board certification have given him a unique knowledge of memory foam surgery and fracture treatment, abdominal surgery, spine and herniated disk surgery, non-invasive surgery, thoracic surgery and wound management. Dr. Aragon likes showing at ongoing education forums, that have incorporated the regional Affiliated Veterinary Specialists' CE conferences, the Veterinary Memory foam Society Annual Meeting and also the American College of Veterinary Surgeons Annual Symposium.
