Dr. Kaira Bartholomay finished Iowa Condition College in 1990. He ready for veterinary school by attending North Dakota Condition College from 1983-1986. He was part of the Military Reserves like a team and then like a vet within the ND Military National Guard. Dr. Bartholomay became a member of Casselton Veterinary Service after graduation and grew to become part owner in 1992. Dr. Bartholomay has furthered his education by attending an acupuncture course from 1999-2000 through IVAS (Worldwide Veterinary Acupuncture Society). Also, he has attended Choices for Creatures Animal Chiropractic care course (2002-2003), IVAS Herbal courses in 2001 and 2004, along with a course through American Veterinary Chiropractic care Association in 2003. He's licensed in acupuncture, chiropractic care, and Faktr (functional and kinetic treatment with rebhab). Dr. Bartholomay is part of many professional organizations including:American Academy Veterinary Acupuncturists (AAVA), American Association of Bovine Professionals (AABP), American Veterinary Chiropractic care Association (AVCA), Worldwide Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS) and North Dakota Veterinary Medical Association (NDVMA) The majority of Dr. Bartholomay’s cases are restricted to acupuncture and chiropractic care patients including felines, dogs and horses. As they is stored busy using these patients he is constantly on the perform surgical procedures and find out other cases too. He's many recommendations throughout ND and eastern MN.

Dr. Bartholomay and the wife Darlene have three children Melissa, Jessica and Derek. They are also stored busy with “Jack” a DSH cat along with a Visla, “Emma”.
